Her clinical experience spans a broad range of populations—from children as young as 3 to older adults—and includes working with individuals, couples, and families. During her practicum, Cindy focused on providing therapeutic support to women, children, and families who had experienced significant trauma, abuse, neglect, and abandonment, further strengthening her expertise in trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, play and narrative therapy.

In addition to her clinical training, Cindy brings extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction through both one-on-one coaching and group facilitation. She is committed to creating a safe, collaborative environment that empowers clients to heal, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
