Sabrina was born in Los Angeles, CA. She is a passionate and well-educated Latina woman. She graduated from the Cal-State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Azusa Pacific University with Master in Education, and Arizona State University with a Master in Social Worker. Sabrina is currently a licensed social worker in the state of Nevada who is pursuing her clinical license. Sabrina has worked with various non-profit organizations, including WestCare treatment center, providing Case Management. Most recently, she worked at work at Rawson-Neal Psychiatric Hospital as a Psychiatric Caseworker. Sabrina currently works at Eagle Quest as a Safety Case Manager/ Clinical Therapist Intern, and Tough Love Counseling as a Clinical Therapist Intern. Sabrina has completed training to obtain her EMDR certification which is a trauma informed therapeutic approach.  Sabrina has her certifications in TBRI informed and TF-CBT. Lastly, Sabrina believes in advocating for vulnerable populations and providing them with the best customer services. Sabrina is a well-rounded therapist working with children, juvenile probation, foster care, adolescents, young adults, families, adults and geriatric clients. She uses the following evidence-based treatment techniques: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, family behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs
